The delivery man took the liberty of giving our parcel to a neighbor without asking us. We had to investigate to find out where it was and we didn't want a neighbor to receive our parcel. This practice needs to be improved, otherwise we won't be using this site again.

Since Covid, many drivers have changed their delivery methods, which is why we recommend relay delivery as much as possible, as home deliveries can be complicated. You ordered at 2:27 pm, but orders leave the same day until 2 pm as indicated on the site. We still prepared your order and gave the parcel to the evening pick-up, which does not guarantee delivery within 24 hours. The parcel took 48 hours and was delivered on Saturday. Moreover, in Chronopost's emails, it is clearly indicated that there are some delays due to COVID, but in your case there was nothing abnormal since you placed your order after the deadline indicated on the site. As a result, your rating is very harsh and does not really reflect your experience.
