Good evening, everything is fine except for the size of the fastener. We ordered a size L and received a size M...it's really just right but it still fits.
Size very difficult to assess, the result is a little disappointing. the delivery had some setbacks. the product arrived three days late, the package torn.

Hello, I'm sure it's not your fault but the delivery wasn't made until Saturday 30th at 1pm, which was scheduled. Knowing the price of this express option, I was very disappointed, especially since I was leaving on Sunday and couldn't use the kid harness during my week of vacation. Not only did I have to pay for a fast delivery for nothing, but I also had to pay for the rental of a harness on site for my daughter. That's almost 30 lost because of this delay. According to the parcel tracking service, it was indeed the post office that failed to meet its deadlines. The choice of items is interesting and the delivery date was respected. It's just a shame that I wasn't able to take advantage of the advertised 15% discount. When I placed my order, I was unable to enter the code corresponding to this discount. Unless it's when you're asked if you've been sponsored and therefore have to enter an e-mail or code, but in that case it's not very clear. Apart from this drawback, I'm happy with the product (cap) as described on the site!
The parcel was open and all crushed, fortunately it was a non-fragile product.

Order conforms, fast delivery. It's a shame that the price on the box (99.95) is much lower than the internet price (surely the manufacturer's recommended price is 129.95...) despite the 40% discount, the price is still higher than the store price, which is discounted by 30%: a discount label was left on the shoes. In short, despite the quality of the shoes, we're left with the bitter taste of having been taken for a sucker ????. Too bad, too bad.
Jacket delivered with a stain
No skis we wanted, so we got replacement. The binding was not correctly mounted. It was obvious that the binding was remounted many times. We returned the skis.
The skis ordered are not at all the same color nor the same patterns!!!! Why not?
Ordered a pair of on volkl women. The wrong skis arrived! The ones we ordered were apparently out of stock ... and the icing on the cake was that the bindings were missing. In short, we kept the skis anyway, but the ten arrived later and we had to pay to have them fitted!
Serious site, I had to return an item and it was reimbursed without a hitch.

Average packaging, with one box damaged by the carrier and the ski tips visible, but fortunately of no consequence. For skis of this price, it would have been a shame.

I ordered a pair of skis, and the photo was probably not contractual. I was disappointed when I opened the parcel. When you buy touring skis, which represents a big budget, it's disappointing.

The only problem is that the bag isn't totally identical to the one in the photo on the website. In fact, on the photo the back straps were white, as were the brand's logo trees, whereas they're black on the one I received. So I'm a bit disappointed on this point.
The DPD carrier announced delivery for 16/03, but did not deliver. New announcement of delivery for 17/03, but still not delivered... I was finally delivered on 20/03

The Précision Ski service is not directly to blame (order processed very quickly, complete and well prepared) but the delivery service provider (Chronopost): 3 days late compared with the announced date and not at the requested collection point...

Bindings mounted incorrectly. Skis returned. Précision Ski handled the problem well. However, a quality control before sending the product could have highlighted the problem and avoided sending it back.
