Shipment and receipt of the parcel within the time specified and corresponding to the order. However, you can't go back once the order has been placed, even within a few minutes. It's impossible to change the relay point, for example, and customer service (e-mail) isn't very understanding (no apologies) following a request on this subject.

The day after my delivery, I received a code for a 20% discount. I emailed to see if they could apply the discount or if I should cancel and reorder, but no sound, no picture. A bit disappointing.

Very serious site with interesting prices, but my first oakley mask that I ordered I received with a manufacturing defect at the level of the screen, they made me an exchange, the new one that I received does not have manufacturing defect it is niquel and normal, except that the glass inside is scratched, which disgusts me a little for a mask with more than 115 euros which is supposed to be new. I stand by the factual elements given in my first comment and find the supplier's attitude deplorable: you have to accept customer feedback from a satisfaction analysis and implement an action plan. I maintain that the snowboard size delivered did not correspond to the order (a point I can prove by the invoice), and that the solutions proposed did not satisfy me. I maintain that the person I contacted by phone before ordering confirmed that the size I requested was physically available, and that their team didn't have a snowboard specialist when I asked about bindings. The supplier is free to refuse my comment via "Avis Vérifiés", but there are other ways of making it public.
