I am disappointed with the after-sales service because you sent me a garment in size 4XL while I ordered 3XL. The return of the merchandise is at my expense (11.09 €). a bit disappointed
Translated reviews
Response from Ruckfield
Hello,
As mentioned together during our previous email exchanges, after checking your order, the fleece was indeed ordered in size 4XL and not in 3XL.
The order was therefore prepared and shipped according to the size selected at the time of your purchase. Unfortunately, this is not an error in preparation on the part of our warehouse.
In this case, the return costs remain the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with our return policy.
We apologize for this confusion and remain available if you need help with your return or to order the fleece in the desired size.
