I received 2 polos, one of which had a snag. I want to congratulate Ruckfield for the speed with which they handled my request and the simple and effective way of processing it (photos --> problem --> sending back a polo). It is becoming increasingly rare to have customer services that truly care about customers and provide them with simple, quick, and effective solutions (for everyone). Customer service also serves to retain customers, and that is exactly what they did, so well done again.
