Response from Selfpackaging Published on 28/09/2020

Hello Ophélie, I confirm that I replied to your initial message on the same day I received it. However, your response was sent when we were closed (public holiday in Catalonia), so you received an automatic reply from me indicating that I would be back this Monday, September 28. I am now getting back to you by email. Thank you for your understanding.

I do not understand why my order arrived in 3 parts. It's a waste of time for the customer and a much higher carbon footprint!

Response from Selfpackaging Published on 28/09/2020

Hello Laurence, in recent months, given the current context, carriers have been overwhelmed by the large volume of deliveries to be made and instead of delivering your 5 packages at once, the delivery person delivered them to you in 3 parts. This is an exceptional situation and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
