well-designed site, simple purchase tunnel but needs assistance for customization. an 'add to cart' rather than 'print by us' would be simpler. however, the chat service is very responsive and helps to overcome some difficulties encountered on the site

Fast delivery, minimal and 100% recyclable packaging. After receiving samples, I was able to order jewelry supports as well as white cardboard shipping boxes. The tutorials are easy to follow! Very happy with my purchase, I will recommend :-)

Long and mediocre delivery. The delivery person leaves the package at a pickup point even though I chose home delivery.

I placed 2 orders in a short time. The delivery was quick. The boxes are really nice. However, there was a mistake on the 2nd order, and an additional box was added that I didn't request. Hence my 4 stars.
