Not the best, borderline unusable. The sales practice is also a little opaque. Missed that you need to pay extra to be able to return after trying. Disappointed, that I can't use it and it cost a ton. Very professional looking brand otherwise.

The device is too big for my mouth and I am a full grown adult man. The adjustment is poor and it is uncomfortable and doesn’t stop my snoring. I have had better results from much cheaper devices.

Bought items for over 160 euros, never received anything.
Initially kept on the line in a not quite rude irritated manner by customer service, and then nothing more.
No response, no items, money gone.

The transport is terrible. Indeed, the product was supposed to be delivered to my home. For an unexplained reason, it was delivered to a pickup point on the grounds that the package could not be delivered to my home. And why??? My address is very easy to find and I was home. So, an experience that leaves a bad memory.
The quality of the product is of course essential, but without serious logistics...

Considering the cost, the delivery time is terrible. Ignore the 3-5 working days, instead assume 3 weeks. The responses from support suggest they know this. So, you pay a premium for delivery, but receive the slowest possible.

Good products.
The description of the products is not ideal.
For Oxyhero, I thought I ordered a set with 3 sizes, I received 3 size S, too small.
I placed another order, it was marked 3 packages, while it is a single package of 3. This may seem like a detail, but added to my first order ...

Poor product. Uncomfortable, overpriced and not usable. It's basically the same as the cheaper bite/mould models, but far more expensive, the gel goes hard and lumpy or doesn't set properly so like sticking your teeth in some gloop, or between a piece of granite. The most uncomfortable and overpriced anti-snore device I've ever purchased. Like having a horses bit stuck in your mouth or being gagged, rather than a comfortable mouth piece. I won't be purchasing again and kick myself for not taking out the refund package. £130 for a bit of hard plastic. Hugely disappointed in this.

Not deep enough and too wide. Hurts quite quickly and does not keep its promise. I will not use this product again in the future, which I do not find to be of quality, unfortunately, even more so at that price.
