Prompt delivery , no fuss

Everything came through as ordered

Brilliant service. I bought a pillow from Somnishop which was delivered to the UK very promptly.
Would recommend this product to any one with snoring/ sleep apnea issues. Early days but so far my snoring has decreased by over 60% according to my snore lab app. Excellent service. Excellent product.

The guard was somehow difficult to mould, they don't say if not hot enogh, will not mould on your teeth. If too hot, it burns your tongue and gums. After several tries, it moulded better. But this doea not relieve from snoring at all, test and confirmed by my partner, with video recording.

The shopping experience, from the UK, is poor. Customer service unhelpful, long delivery times. Unexpected taxes. Good product though.

Courier did not attempt to deliver my order. SomniShop UK sorted it without any fuss. Brilliant company

Product and price really good but tracking is terrible. Had to contact supplier to be told it was in customs waiting to clear and any further charge would have to be paid, still checked daily with no further information and it just arrived. Maybe a tweak in the shipping info

Great quality and fast delivery

The Somnipack, T shirt with inflatable support is not suitable from an Osteopathic point of view. If you are asleep and roll on to the pack the pack is not supportive enough and should be longer. Support needs to be the lenth of the spine otherwise the muscles are not relaxed when asleep, and will cause headaches and back pain. This has been my experience. On a good point the quality of the material used for the T shirt is very good.

Quality product but it didnt work for me, I took a gamble after using cheaper products for years. Unfortunatly because the product didnt allow me to breath through my mouth I couldnt use it. I asked SomniShop for a replacement prodcut but was told I would have to buy a alternative again, I was offered a very small discount but not enough to get me to spend another £100 + pounds so have had to reorder a cheaper alterntive from a different company that I know works. Real shame as the quality of the product was good and I would have been a loyal customer to Somnishop for years if they had been a bit more accomodating with providing a replacement or giving me a meaninful discount. These products are not cheap so it has been a costly experience on a product i could not use.

Im notsure what i bought from this shop as ive bought a few things over the last few months from different shops but everything i have received has been very good quality. If it was the PRADA sunglassess yes they where great 100% original and got them for £325 instead of £550 so barging i allso bought a few pairs of the so called best ear plugs in the world for my girlfriend as i snor i bought them from bolston very expensive ear plugs and when they came they had changed the design of last time i bought them so the actual quality at keeping noise out has hone down. And the other things ive bought i bought for years so these are the only 2 products i can think of there both good

Delivered bang on time, all in good order. I've been trying the product for the past few weeks and it seems to be working, albeit I'm now whistling through my nose, which is an improvement on my roaring (snoring)!! I'm certainly sleeping better!!

Greit service

The product does not work. Neither mouthpieces fit, and so snoring continues. The company would not give money back, even though the product does not work. Disappointed.
