Goods arrived late. Somnishop were open to further action. The product is excellent and I was able to breathe freely when using the device.

Delivery was fine, prior advice was not. Product also did not work. Help afterwards was good, however, I had already lost my money by then

Shipped by RECOMMENDED. Very annoying when you're not at home. A NORMAL shipment would be preferable.

Unfortunately, the somnipax guard was not an option for me due to the size of the snoring brace. Because I chose the option with a 30-day return policy, I could return it without any problems and had my money back faster than expected, after a few days. The return amount is minus the amount you paid for the extra package. All in all, it cost me 15 euros + the return shipping costs, but it's always better than losing the entire purchase amount. It was worth trying and that's why I appreciate Somnishop excellently.

I ordered a mask from Somnishop it came to Ireland quicker than stated. Also an interesting information booklet enclosed all about sleep apnea. There was also a free sample of XyliMelts enclosed. Will be shopping there again.

I ordered Clipair nasal dilators. They arrived within a few days and have worked extremely well. My snoring is dramatically reduced and when it does occur is much quieter. These are very soft and I didn’t think they would do anything but have been very impressed.

It turns out that the ordered product comes with another (cleaning) product. This is not clearly stated on the websites. It would be more customer-friendly if that is clearly presented on the site and the customer receives 1 for free when ordering it;-).

Fast and compliant delivery. No shipping fees. The kit of 3 nasal dilators, at a modest price, allows you to choose the size that fits best.
