This mailing, in response to a complaint, does not solve my problem.
So it's amazing, I receive a first part for my controller that is not the right one (they sent me a chassis of another model.) So I send an email to explain my problem: no answer. A few days later, I receive an email (hurray) telling me: your package will arrive tomorrow. I think it's great, they sent the right part (I had sent a picture of my part) and then, TADAA, a second wrong part. Logistics to review, perhaps it should have contacted me before sending a part without knowing. In short I do not recommend
Good reactivity on the orders but a purchase of screen which does not function and, after request of change, the second does not function either... Very disappointed seeing the purchase price!
The battery corresponds well to my phone. I've been using it for a while now, but it's not quite compatible, as it doesn't support fast charging with a beep from the phone every 15 seconds. I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure how long it'll last. Since the tests that did not solve my charging problem and the sending of 2 unanswered emails to have a battery exchange or a refund in 15 days, I am not at all satisfied. I have not found a phone number to reach them. Therefore I do not recommend the site.
Defective battery
I am disappointed with the quality of the screen. Indeed, the input is really difficult and is not consistent with the original. Product to avoid.
No rating! Extremely disappointed! Flee this site!!! Incomplete delivery, not honored, products do not match order. I sent back an item that was the wrong color, they recommend the wrong color, I have the order rectified and I get it back in the wrong color!!! I've been waiting months for an item that still hasn't been delivered! Not serious, lame!!! ZERO!!!! I put a star because we have to, but it does not even deserve it!

Very disappointed, after 2 months the battery does not hold without being plugged in and I can no longer transfer media via the new USB connector.
It took 1 and a half months from the time I paid for my order to the time they mailed my package. The screwdriver that I received looks like it is in order. I have not used it because I obviously bought another one elsewhere in the meantime.
Still nothing received
SOSAV did not deliver the items I ordered (not in stock? lost order?) and above all did not reply to my reminder emails to find out the status of my order. I managed to get my money back only after threatening to report their behavior, without even an apology or explanation. In short, this company borders on fraud. To be avoided as long as they have not reviewed their operating methods and in particular their non-existent after-sales service (by being called SOSAV, this should however be included in their process!)
Phone battery available when ordering, delivery within 15 days after paying and delivery 1 month later, ordered another battery on another site received in 3 days (SOSAV had the best price .... )

Very bad service, I received a laptop cover that was not at all what I had ordered (ugly and of very poor quality). I sent an email to report the error and to this day still no return. Run away from !!!!

I first received a delivery time ranging from 7 days to 14 days; given the delay, I asked to cancel the order; I then ordered from another supplier whose delivery time was two days. My cancellation was not taken into account and the next day I received a message that the order was being prepared. I received the same goods twice.
Missing one battery out of 2!!!
Faulty proximity sensor
SOSAV offers an original manufacturer's hardware for sale (here: Samsung connection cable) and delivers a "no-name" copy. This is inadmissible and would in principle be justifiable for a lawsuit if the purchase price were not so low.
No quick return because I need help with my orders and no answer...

The battery does not work it was empty and it does not charge
Ordered in July 2021 and delivered in October 2021. Who says better? But the smartphone was repaired (battery had swollen and was distorting the screen)!
2 months to get the order when it was available at the time of ordering! And impossible to cancel the order on the site !!! I ordered on another site and in 48h I had the part ! Now I have a duplicate ! To avoid
Poor battery quality
More than 2 months of waiting for a product available between 7 and 10 days. In no case did I receive information about the progress of my order. I don't recommend it at all.
The seller tries to rip people off and does not respect their own terms and conditions. It is necessary to be very vigilant, better to avoid. During a retraction they tried to refund me that the article bought without the expenses of sending although that appears in their CGV.

I have not received my order in full, I have already sent 2 emails to SOSAV for explanations, I still have no answer.
I waited 2 months to receive part of my order. The parts were available when I ordered them, and were waiting to be delivered afterwards. More than 3 months later, I am still waiting for the balance. No response to my reminders.
Passed an order on the site or the products are in stock which I am told that the products are out of stock, July 8 the products arrive within ten days July 18 they arrive within ten days; when the products are in stock everything goes well but when they are not in stock it is complicated to have correct information; however the SAV remains responsive and professional by offering refunds or any other solution but when I will receive my products?
