I have a wildlife care center and I use kibble for hedgehogs and the beaks of some insectivorous bird species. This is very convenient and suits their bodies very well.

Response from TOMOJO
That's great Lydia! Glad to know that our kibbles have also won over your hedgehogs and birds ???? By the way, we have several partnerships with zoos! And yes, Tomojo is not just for dogs and cats!

Super kibble and good delivery service, the subscription is gone. Too bad the prices have increased so much...
Translated reviews
Response from TOMOJO
Thank you for your comment Léa ?? We are facing an unprecedented increase in the price of our ingredients/transport/packaging due to the current geopolitical context which has forced us to raise our prices at least since April - regardless of our will. Tomojo is also a small French company and we manufacture our kibbles here, in Mayenne, which has a cost. Thank you for understanding and for continuing to place your trust in us Léa ??

The kibble arrived super fast and my bulldog LOVED them. She no longer has any digestion problems. As for me, a responsible French brand I BUY! This kibble does not have an unpleasant smell and the subscription system is easy to use. In the end, I don't pay more than before but the quality is 100% there!

Package received on time, with prior warning. I have to mix with other brands of kibble, my two kids are probably looking to vary the tastes and aromas. I hope that other variations are planned to broaden the range, allowing to maintain the appetite of the furry babies.

Response from TOMOJO
Thank you for your comment Alexandre! For now, it is not planned but other news is coming at the end of the year, we can't wait ??

My cat adopted the kibble very quickly, he loves them. I had bought a small bag at first to make sure he liked them, then I ordered by subscribing. The subscription is adjustable at any time and as we wish. The site is very easy to use. The delivery went without any issues. The TOMOJO team personally contacted me by phone to welcome me and re-explain their approach and concept, which is very pleasant. All this in an ecological approach, so it's perfect!

Awful service I ordered beginning of May I still haven't got it delivered it to me And I don't understand French emails I get from delivery service is all in French I have no way to access to any information of my parcel. I made order from Canada Ontario . Delivery company never drop anything on my door Company should never charge on my credit card. Very disappointed on delivery service. Your company should hire ems Canada post

Response from TOMOJO
Christine, we sent you several emails to deal with your order because of the country it was supposed to be shipped to (Canada). It was our first time shipping there and we wanted to make sure everything was crystal clear. You never replied to us, and that's why we didn't go through with your order. We never charged your credit card either, we were waiting for your reply and for you to get your order. I hope we can work this out.

Results, they love it so don't hesitate ?? I ordered Tomojo for the subscription and also the price I find the follow-up and shipping easy and the phone exchange very cordial.

My two cats systematically vomited each meal after eating your kibble, they do not digest them at all (transition perfectly done as indicated). No problem with the delivery or anything else, but the kibble formula is clearly not amazing.
Translated reviews
Response from TOMOJO
Thank you for your message Thibaut. We are sorry to hear that... The dietary transition can take longer than expected for some cats. We advise you to try to extend it and of course we remain at your disposal to support you in this process. Our kibble has a very good digestibility rate because insect protein is highly digestible and we include ingredients in our recipes for the digestive comfort of animals: fiber intake, prebiotics, highly digestible single animal protein. Moreover, the extrusion process, which is a controlled cooking (temperature and pressure controlled), improves the digestibility of the product due to its conversion into an easily digestible form of the components of raw materials, both of animal and vegetable origin, as well as the complete disinfection of the food.

Fast delivery, my cat who suffers from digestion problems handles them very well and appreciates them. He jumps on them less than the veterinarian's kibble and thus eats a more suitable portion to maintain a healthy weight without meowing in front of his empty bowl.

Response from TOMOJO
Indeed Christophe, it is partly thanks to the insect protein that our kibbles are very digestible, we are quite proud of it! Glad to see that your cat enjoys its new kibbles ??
