I made a mix of old and new kibble and my cat sorts it out, he eats a little of the new but mostly the old. I wait to see if it gets better with habit. In any case, his stools have remained at the same frequency, a bit darker and a bit more fermented. Thank you for this experience, I hope that habit will make things better. Best regards.

Thank you very much Solène for your feedback. It is true that cats can be more difficult when there is a change in their diet. We recommend a transition period of 2 weeks. We hope he will eventually be won over!

Hello, the kibbles were received in excellent time and excellent condition, they smell good, and look good to me, but my cats haven't touched them!!! It's been 15 days that I've offered them without success... Too bad because the approach seems good...

The delivery and quality service and follow-up are excellent, but unfortunately my cats do not like these kibbles at all. They carefully sorted them and left them all; I am obviously unable to say if other cats would find them to their taste, you may have better luck. I wanted to avoid having to sacrifice animals for my own companions, being a vegetarian myself. So, regrettably, I will have to continue with the classic kibbles. Therefore, I gave the rest of the pack to my chickens. Nothing was wasted. Thank you for this attempt that goes in the right direction, I would have really liked it to work and was enthusiastic about the idea of these insect kibbles.

I am happy to have found kibbles made from quality proteins and to see that things are moving to preserve our planet a little more while taking care of our beloved pets :-). I still find the protein percentage too low and am not very satisfied with the use of potatoes. I support TOMOJO which has a future!

Response from TOMOJO
Hello Mimie, thank you very much for your encouragement that gives us mojo, and to the planet too! We take your recommendations into account to always improve our products. :) Our recipe has been formulated by veterinarians who took care to choose a protein level suitable for the nutritional needs of dogs and cats.

I received my package after some difficulties related to the fact that it is indicated on the package "MED" meaning according to the carrier "medicine". So it can only be dropped off at your place. Not easy when you work. Otherwise, the cats appreciate it and that's the main thing. BRAVO to you for your creation. See you soon.

Good product, I have one of the cats who cannot tolerate it, too bad. I also tried small packets for the dog that I use as a reward. Maybe we should consider a formula for very sensitive cats. I also have the soap for the dog and it's practical.

I have not been using the product for a month; it's a bit early to give an opinion; out of my 3 dogs, two appreciate it a lot, and one doesn't seem to tolerate it well, maybe due to the size of the kibbles and the fact that the dog swallows them whole, but the fact is that the dog vomits within half an hour after ingestion. For your information, my dogs are Jack Russells (small size). For the cat, no problem, everything is going well for the order and delivery, everything is okay and fast, I am happy to have chosen your brand and especially to know that the proteins come from insects and not from low-quality meat.

Hello Mrs. Renck, we are happy to know that your dogs love their new French Tomojo kibbles! For your dog that swallows them whole, you could moisten its kibbles to help it digest. Thank you for your valuable feedback!

Good evening, my cats love the kibbles, but for my dogs, it's no good,,, they are too big and hard, it might be good for a German shepherd,,, because I only have small furry ones, but I didn't have much choice,,, have a good evening.

everything is perfect except that my cats had a bit of diarrhea and, I don't know if it's because of that but they are not diving into it, they eat a little, I vary the food as a result
Translated reviews
Response from TOMOJO
Hello Martine, thank you very much for your feedback. It is normal for some cats to experience digestive issues when introducing new kibble and a new protein. You are absolutely right to vary the food in order to make a dietary transition. This transition period can last about ten days. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions on this subject by email at: [email protected]. Have a nice day!

My 3 cats transitioned to TOMOJO kibbles without any problems, they love it, Miaou yum! The proteins seem to be of good quality as they eat less and yet their weight is stable and they are in excellent health. What I also appreciate, in addition to the ecological aspect of the TOMOJO approach, are the little attentions from the team and the speed of delivery. Elodie
