Poorly packaged products. The grinder arrived with broken parts. In the rush of the delivery, I didn't have time to examine everything unfortunately Tom is not taking care of the return and only sends back one part.
Order arrived 2 months late ...
I ordered sheep intestines and instead, I received a book. They swapped my order with another customer. I called on the same day of delivery. I was supposed to be called back and refunded, and to this day nothing at all. I am still waiting. I hope to hear news soon as well as my refund.
In your photo, the gasket kit consists of two packaged gaskets. I received a single unwrapped gasket, marked, twisted, in a large box. Normally, we change the set of gaskets.

I ordered 3 lots of 20 capsules for my future bottles of tomato sauce. When using them, I opened 2 lots, and I could only use 7 or 8 out of 40 in the end, because all the others were "spinning in the void", without locking onto the thread to close hermetically, and without me forcing it specially. Customer service tells me that it is a misuse on my part, that I tightened them too much. Problem with 33 capsules out of 40... Excuse me, but the capsules are new and are supposed to be tightened minimally to be hermetic. I bought smaller-sized capsules elsewhere, and they tighten very well. So, not a successful purchase for me.
The plate is functional but it warps when placed on the gas barbecue grill... I don't understand what this is due to.

Hello, we bought a pantry. Our experience with Tom Press is inconclusive. Regarding the product, the anti-insect mesh has too wide openings that let in gnats, so we are disappointed with the product. We will have to return it to modify the mesh of the pantry. On the other hand, we were delivered a month after placing the order, whereas the delivery is supposed to be fast... I really regret this purchase, I tried it on plums and mirabelles: I almost never managed to remove the pit and the few times I did it was by crushing the fruit. So I ended up finishing everything with a knife. I am really disappointed because it's the first time I buy something from Tom Press that disappoints me.
Hello, I bought a city gas stove for my 95-year-old mother who lives in Paris because there is a thermocouple on the purchased device that seems essential for obvious safety reasons. My mother's stove is very old and has no safety features. Upon unpacking the device, I discovered that there was a label indicating that the device was only usable outdoors. I wonder in which forest or meadow there is city gas. If I bought a city gas stove, it is indeed to use it in the city with natural gas. However, there was nothing written on the site! This is therefore a very serious information defect. Moreover, it has been a week since I sent a photo of the label affixed to the stove and I am still waiting for a response from Tompress!

I received my torn package and it was the post office that repackaged it. I have a torn bag of flour that has spilled in the box.
2 problems. The replacement part for a Reber grinder that I received does not fit in the grinder because it is too wide. A complaint was made to Tompress who has certainly forwarded it to the supplier (no news for a week, so I am not sure about anything). Secondly, my login to my account no longer works. I informed Tompress who gave me a temporary password which also does not work.
