Delivery error on the merchandise. This can happen. Except that I reported the problem right away. I was told that a customer service ticket was opened and that I would be contacted within 72 hours max (?!). The deadline has long passed and no news. I have a hard time understanding why the error was not corrected immediately and the package resent.

No delivery issues, but the delivered item does not fit on my grinder. The diameter is too small. I will need to make an adapter piece. Not simple.

Unclear information about delivery methods. Delivery time not in accordance with what was announced on the site, even though the ordered products were not indicated as missing. Very average carrier. Even claimed that the street leading to my home was impassable on 09/03/2026???
