Delay in getting order due to post code problems address not recognised by vendors systems, sent further confirmation of address. Pleased with the goods quality.

I would have liked a message to warn me of the delay in orders, or to give me an approximate delivery time. I received my parcel more than 2 months after ordering, without any contact from customer service.

The covid crisis had a nice ring to it. Were not able to honor an order placed on April 28, at the end of each month I was told it would arrive next month and when I was told end of September and by dint of impatience I switched my article for another. Very disappointed. As for customer service, I've never had the same contacts, so I've heard different things.

Horrible packaging, the stewpot is dented on one side, the post office redid the whole package, no thanks to Michel on ...................................... No return because I had an emergency. To be seen if I make another purchase. ????????????

Good equipment: Italian for the corer and German for the stoner.

I ordered and received my order almost 1 month later. I am disappointed overall even though the products ordered are of good quality.

When you order a delivery, the shipping is included in the price. If any items are missing, I don't see why you have to pay twice for the delivery ???????????????

Hello, package not received

No delivery with Chrono post

Parcel not addressed to the address indicated on the Chronopost website. Shipment to Auch 32000 when my address is schweighouse 67590. According to Tompress. Reshipment not possible until three weeks after return of parcel.

My delivery was announced on the website 15 days later, but I only received the product 6 weeks later.

Too long to wait

I was delivered after 9 weeks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! although the initial deadline was 3 weeks.

Chronopost didn't send me an email to let me know my parcel had arrived. I don't question the product, but the rest. I recommend tompress with an 8 (I can't validate the note).

Fast delivery, maybe too fast. Broken item, email sent to after sales service still no news... We are waiting for a refund or a return of the product. Unfortunately, this has been a bad experience for us. If we get a response from tompress, our assessment may change and we'll be able to test the product.

This pitter might work if the cherries were perfect spheres with well-centered round pits, but in nature that doesn't exist! Also, the cross-shaped piston is too big and remains stuck at the bottom despite the spring; it had to be reduced with sandpaper.... In short: a poorly designed device that you should avoid buying.

The smoker is nice but the packaging sucks!!! Not a panel that isn't crooked!

1. An idea of a delivery date would have been helpful. 2. Some filler has been used to mend a split near the bottom rung. While the filler may have been necessary it is disappointing that it has not been sanded down so the effect is rough and unsightly. 3. There are black felt tip marks on the ladder. These are very unsightly. Carpenter's marks would have been a better choice.
