Item conforms to order Due to the festive season, the chronopost delivery was probably a little long.

I bought two salmon smokers without understanding, for lack of sufficient information, that as they could only be smoked hot, they were not suitable for smoking salmon. I discovered this when I tried to use the first one (the second was for a Christmas present). I called your company, hoping for some advice and help. I was greeted with a (borderline) friendly welcome and a complete disregard for the customer's needs.

Good products...... It would be great if, depending on visits, purchases or quotes in progress, an advisor could contact customers to help them make their choices!
