It's now 15 days since I placed an order and parcel stuck in customs. Was told to contact UK customs, phone number provided was no longer in use. No mention of having to pay import taxes when placing an order. Will not use them again.
Response from tompress.com
Hello, Unfortunately you are no longer part of Europe and must pay customs fees. Best regards.

Very satisfied with your service. Goods very well packaged and fast delivery. A snail dish was broken and I couldn't replace it, so I was reimbursed very quickly. I would like to thank you and will call on you for other products from time to time.

I liked your speed, your care in packing the products ordered ... and that does not surprise me. This confirms an initial order placed with you some time ago.

Fragile product packed with great care and precaution. Package arrived in impeccable condition. A small problem with the carrier, who initially gave the wrong destination even though the address was perfectly written, which caused a delay in delivery.
