good-quality unit. Suction is consistent. Be careful with semi-soft foods such as buns... you have to stop before the suction is finished, otherwise you'll end up with a patty. But we ask it to vacuum...

A much too long wait and a lack of communication. Ordered in November, with a promise of Christmas delivery. Result: received in April, without any compensation.

Ravioli roll ordered on 8/12/21 and received on 8/04/22, i.e. a 4-month delay with no communication... It's a shame, it gives a bad image when in the end there are no problems with the product. There are things to review...

Always very good, the only thing I would have liked is an estimate of the delivery date as it was for a gift and arrived a little later! But everything arrived in good condition.
