Reasonable value for money, a slightly long delivery time for me because of damage to the package during transport, I'm very satisfied with this company.

The brush is super practical, no worries there, but I did break my lady Jeanne when I was cleaning her. I was delicate, but there's a big piece of iron at the end of the brush, and I think that's what broke my lady Jeanne for sure. Otherwise, it's very practical and takes the shape of the bottle very well. So I had to buy another one.

The appliance is perfect, but far too large for our consumption. This is due to a misjudgment on our part. We used it once. Would it be possible to exchange it for a smaller appliance of the same brand? Thank you for your reply. Best regards.

I used to buy Reber brand bags, with which I was very satisfied. These have been replaced by the Tompress brand. I thought they were identical and that only the brand had changed (same packaging, same sizes, etc.). Unfortunately, the ones I received are much thinner. I hope they won't pierce over time. I also doubt that the

The ordering and delivery was very fast and efficient. I ordered the bottom of the pizza oven later, and there was only one left in stock that had a problem. A saleswoman called me right away and did everything she could to get another one quickly. The delivery man was very kind and put the oven in my garage. The oven is beautiful and made in France, WHAT ELSE !
