20 years after buying a chopper, parts are still available. Very good follow-up. Would recommend.

It's a shame that it's up to the customer to come to the news for an item for which the restocking lead time is not respected. For me, the initial lead time was 2 weeks, but 3 months later, still nothing. Your department could anticipate this by alerting the customer to the situation as soon as the lead time is exceeded, and give a plausible estimate of the postponement.

Particularly fast and careful dispatch! The descriptions of this brand's choppers could be expanded. It's hard for a novice to tell the difference between types 8, 10, ...

Very good on the Tom Press side. Much less so on the part of the Géodis driver who kept my parcel for 5 days without delivering it. Without a call from me, I still wouldn't have it. Sincerely

as already mentioned by your customers, no instructions, no adaptive product, I haven't managed to use any of the three products, so I'm probably stupid.

Hello, the instructions for these accessories are included with the vacuum packing machine required for their use. I have not found the vacuum packing machine purchased from us. Could you please contact our customer service department to identify the machine in your possession? Yours sincerely
