We have been customers for a long time and have always been satisfied with the products and services. Our only regret is that we no longer receive the year's paper catalog.

Very good company ... but very big problems with the carrier! Obliged to pick up the parcel 40kms away at their depot! Change carrier and it will be perfect.

I find that the Madoline ménagère with tray is not really suitable for making French fries. Disappointed with this purchase

Response from tompress.com
Hello, the mandolin's function is to cut into slices or julienne and sticks of 5 mm square, perhaps a French fries cutter would be more pleasant for you. Best regards.

Equipment (Reber 22) received within 5 days of order, which was just what we needed. The equipment was in good condition on receipt, and the protective packaging was of good quality. Satisfied with the 1st use for a 150 kg pig made in 1 day, the mincer enabled us to make sausages, boudin and pâté without a hitch. It remains to be seen how reliable it will be over time. I recommend this product.
