My last order was poorly packaged. As a result, the baking dish is slightly dented. I reported it, and the company generously offers me a discount of €0.67! I suggest they give it to the warehouse worker so he can do a better job packing the parcels.

Unclear information about delivery methods. Delivery time not in accordance with what was announced on the site, even though the ordered products were not indicated as missing. Very average carrier. Even claimed that the street leading to my home was impassable on 09/03/2026???

Unless I am mistaken, I ordered a plow and a hay rake for a miniature tractor at €14.95 each and I received two plows. Order ZJSPVHIHQ. Would it be possible to receive the hay rake?
