Good
They sent a 9cm teapot filter instead of 7.5cm. They didn't check anything before sending, no stock control. Bad service. But they did refund the unnecessary payment. I do not recommend this site

On-time delivery.
I opted for the fast delivery, I received my parcel 5 days later. Too bad I won't be ordering from this site again.

My meat grinder was making a lot of noise. I call Tompress and they tell me it's normal. Despite their advice, I removed the stainless steel guard and noticed that the fan guard was incorrectly positioned. I sent photos and the after-sales service decided to send me back only the fan guard. The propellers have also been damaged, but they refuse to change the chopper because it has no impact on them. This is an obvious case of hidden screws, and they're refusing their legal warranty. The propellers are damaged and the motor could have been forced. Amazon would have sent me a new chopper directly, but tompress doesn't trust its customers and considers that it's damaged but functional. The seriousness of a site lies not in its sales but in its after-sales service, which here shirks its responsibilities.
It took Tompress three and a half months to deliver an order. No apologies from Tompress for this delay. Disappointing...

Disappointed. Performances differ between the information on the website and that in the parcel. Burner power is very low compared to what is promised. The control knobs are wobbly and of very poor quality. However, the rest of the stove is of good quality. In conclusion, the price is 3X too high for the performance.
