Despite the careful parcel and packaging, one of the products was damaged. No evaluation on the customer service that I did not contact.

Extremely pleasant, welcoming and clear contact when I called during my order on your extranet site.

Machine refused because of damaged packaging. Photos sent by e-mail to the after-sales service attesting to this. I'm waiting for a new peeler to be sent to me quickly.

This pitter might work if the cherries were perfect spheres with well-centered round pits, but in nature that doesn't exist! Also, the cross-shaped piston is too big and remains stuck at the bottom despite the spring; it had to be reduced with sandpaper.... In short: a poorly designed device that you should avoid buying.

The machine seems to work perfectly, but it's a shame I didn't notice when ordering that the default grid had holes too big for the first use I wanted to make of it, namely destoning raspberries.

Using the vacuum packaging material we bought from Tompress a long time ago, we regularly order the rolls. Extremely fast delivery time (this time too, despite the period, June 2020). Superb customer service when we needed a spare part for the equipment long after the warranty had expired...

Satisfied with the cereal mill crusher 0,75 HP works very well, grid of different diameter of good, quality recommends the product.

The smoker is nice but the packaging sucks!!! Not a panel that isn't crooked!

1. An idea of a delivery date would have been helpful. 2. Some filler has been used to mend a split near the bottom rung. While the filler may have been necessary it is disappointing that it has not been sanded down so the effect is rough and unsightly. 3. There are black felt tip marks on the ladder. These are very unsightly. Carpenter's marks would have been a better choice.

No information from the carrier. The delivery reference given by Tompress was unknown on the carrier's website; there was no message announcing the delivery: it was a happy coincidence that allowed us to welcome the delivery man.

Product does not correspond to the quality presented on the merchant site and oversized box arrived crushed. Fast delivery. Acceptable product.

I would have liked to have had a note from customer service to tell me that something was missing from the order, instead of waiting several days without any news, and for me to be the one to call to find out the reasons for the delay. As the rest was a regent, I cancelled the missing item... but I lost 10 days....
