The deliveryman didn't even ring the doorbell - twice - and we had to collect the parcel from the post office. Lousy.
Product good but not optimal - not really flat.

This device didn't last long when the almonds broke. The lever arm broke at the thread and I had to extract the threaded part and then thread the remaining rod to make it work again. I think this equipment is a bit weak for hard, compact shells like fresh almonds. I haven't yet tested it on walnuts.
