The staff are attentive to your needs and give good advice, and are very reactive as orders were placed on Saturday early afternoon for delivery on Monday morning.

Very good. The delivery lady was very accommodating, as she couldn't find us at home, so she arranged to meet us in town without putting our parcel in the depot. I haven't tried the smoker yet, but the book clearly explains everything.

The goods were not delivered to the planned relay point. It's up to me to call the colissimo service several times and to go to my local post office twice because your customer service is not responsible once the parcel has been dispatched.

Order placed on Monday afternoon Delivery on Thursday morning Top quality Received in good condition One criticism: the assembly instructions are useless. You have to go on the internet to get an explanation.

good product, but the wheels are a bit fragile and you have to choose the holes for the axle carefully, but the holes are poorly distributed (spacing). Otherwise, it's the best seeder I've tried so far (a bit expensive, though).

Shipping costs a little too high, especially for a small cleaver blade... and catalog shipping is mandatory, everything is on the site, so it's useless...
