Fast and efficient, and always the quality of the products. Except that I had to recreate an account because even with various emails and phone numbers, the previous account was lost. but no big deal.

I was disappointed with this last order. The delay was so long that I had to redo my payment. A product that was unavailable which I had to cancel and reorder to receive the rest of the order, of course paying the shipping fees again. Not very customer-friendly, I found it elsewhere. As for the rest, I am very happy with the products received, but it's too late to use them this year.
