The crank was bent and would not allow a full turn as it was. I had to unbend it before I could use it. The finish is not very neat for the price. The product was out of stock after I ordered it, and I did not receive a message informing me of this. When I didn't hear from them, I had to phone to get the information.

My order has still not arrived at my post office in Jemeppe sur sambre. Belgium. I can therefore not assess any quality. I hope it's just a delay "and that the parcel will arrive very soon".

Hello, the postal services are disrupted by the demonstrations and blockades and are doing their best, it seems that the delay is clearing up. Your parcel is available at the collection point. Best regards.

Goods broken, poor consultation with the service department. After 1 month I received a credit note for the broken goods. Return shipment of the complete delivery requested, but no communication. Any attempt to communicate by email is ignored.

I had to call Tompress to receive the overcharged VAT on my credit card, even though I was told the amount would be deducted before I was charged.

Postage and packing far too high If a product is not available, the whole order is blocked and not shipped, so it's a double whammy.....

Marble received in perfect condition, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Surprised, however, that the carrier gave the package to my neighbor and nephew, who didn't have time to check the order, which was marked fragile on the packaging... My husband wasn't far away though, the deliveryman could have called him.
