Delivery problem...delivered to my parents who didn't have the strength to check the granite plate...the deliveryman left quickly without helping my 74 year old parents to check it.
And in the end, the next day I went to pick up the coli...I saw a big bump on the side and indeed a broken plate, 150 lost, great.
Tompress doesn't control its transporter

I'm missing one part: the bag locator clip, and there was a slight hitch in delivery compared with the appointment we had agreed on. The device is efficient.

Hello, several glass jars split when they are sterilized in a steam basket... Can this be avoided? What technique should I use to ensure that the seals do their job properly without the jars bursting? I can't recommend your products if this problem persists.... Thank you in advance for your reply.

Response from tompress.com
Hello, You can put clean cloths between the jars to prevent them from colliding. I invite you to give it a try and don't hesitate to let us know what you think. Best regards.
