Order for which the product was indicated in stock" delivery under 24 h was not delivered in time (approximately 10 days) I had to buy other bottles at another supplier in order to be able to bottle my apple juice.

Minimum use of materials, maximum profit? product is out of proportion in terms of design, use of materials and workmanship to the price demanded.
The packaging and presentation is very questionable.
I would NOT recommend or want to buy again the power slicer made in Poland or the Czech Republic.
Especially as the product is officially offered by France, which is misleading.

Today I received the 12 jars I ordered and despite opening the coli I didn't see that one of the jars had split, so when I got home and picked it up it literally disintegrated. As far as I'm concerned, the jars themselves are completely unprotected because they bang into each other in their box, but the box of jars is very well contained in the delivery box. Too bad for me

Just one comment: the lack of delivery flexibility. On the 1st delivery, you're not warned, and on the 2nd, you have to block off a whole day...

Result expected for tomatoes. Disappointing for blackberries. Requires a lot of strength to turn the crank, especially for blackberries. Regrettable lack of instructions.

The speed of delivery is very good, but I find that your packaging is a little light compared to the weight of the order. That's twice now that I've been delivered with a damaged box. On the other hand, the products are very good and you can find everything. Thanks again.

The extractor was extremely well packaged. However, it had stains on it, as if it had already been used once... a bit strange, but as we were in a hurry to make our juice we kept it.
