Your products are of high quality and your customer service is pleasant and efficient. It is unfortunate that you use a delivery service that is so unsuitable for business customers.

the site very good but the product finishes a little light the straps of the hood forced to remove the screws because the screws were screwed into the straps and no way to make the adjustment and they protrude from the hood risk of injury to put it on the back otherwise the rest of the hood very good

I am very happy with my grill. But I'll have to wait until autumn because my chestnuts didn't stand up well to freezing. But I've received your catalogue, thank you. What I'm interested in are the models with integrated heating elements and the different sizes, because I'm sure that restaurants might be interested.

nothing to complain about, except perhaps that a more detailed description of the products should be considered, e.g. the diameter of the cork elements.
