After almost a month the goods have still not arrived, nobody answers the customer phone and e-mails are only answered with a lot of delay and zero information. Conclusion: Never again

Hello, I can't give an assessment of customer service as I haven't had any contact with them. The product itself is effective BUT the mast that is supposed to hold the sprinkler broke after only three days. What can I do? Good day, Gerard Ouwerling

As far as I'm concerned, the delivery time was a little long due to a lack of stock at the seller's. Otherwise, everything was fine and met my needs.
