the products were in perfect condition but fortunately my ice cream maker was well packed because the parcel arrived ripped open on two sides it would need stronger packaging. otherwise nothing to complain about the products, we are happy with them cordially Mme Résimont

good contact and telephone reception.
The delivery service provider needs to be reviewed: no email or sms notification. The deliveryman arrived in the middle of the day without giving any notice whatsoever, especially for a 200L barrel. Fortunately there was someone at home at the time. Unfortunately, it was for a gift. So the surprise was ruined.

When I ordered, the article was in stock and available, it was to arrive in Sorèze 2 days later, so I phoned before going to Sorèze and was then informed that this article was out of stock and that it would be available only 15 days later I was disappointed because usually deliveries are faster. I would like an invoice for this purchase. Best regards

Just a detail, my order was held up in your shop for 3 weeks because of a missing pastry wheel. I would have liked to have been notified by e-mail immediately so that my order could be dispatched more quickly. Thank you for the egg dishes as a gift, but 6 egg dishes is a lot of egg dishes, or else it was the gift of the year from Tom Press.
