I ordered parts for a plunger. I didn't look at the description because the photo was self-explanatory, so I ordered. I received the parts but a gasket that was on the photo was missing. I have the impression that your site is in fact a scam. I ordered an item at the end of december. parcel n° CB612711517FR. To this day, I still haven't received the item and I've been informed that the French post office will process my file from January 21st. I have since requested a refund for my diary and to date I have received no reply from your site.
Delivery made, inside the box was not my order but that of another customer. I took the necessary steps to return the parcel by telephone and then sent it back. Not even a commercial gesture for the inconvenience.
