Delay too long

Parcel tracking to be improved, apart from that the site is well thought out and easy to use.

The spout fastener was not bent correctly. I had to bend the fastener for the spout to fit properly!

7 months from order to delivery, with no information about a possible delivery time, is a bit short-sighted. That said, the quality seems to be there

Using colissimo is the worst, it's impossible to control a planing properly, they NEVER ring and leave a notice.

Item as described. Unfortunately, I had to send an email because I hadn't received my item (I waited 2 weeks) and I was told "out of stock until August".

The delivery was fast, the WECK jars were as described but did not have the closing hooks. i was therefore unable to use my jars. i did not find any particular specification on the site on this subject.

I ordered plates to socca April 5 I had to phone at least three times in the month they tell me there is a break that I should receive during the month of May no response there is no mail nothing I call in May I fall on a charming lady who told me yes there is a break of plate to socca 32 cm but I helps plate to socca 30 I said perfect why they have not d'me.

2 items ordered but only 1 delivered in a sealed envelope. The invoice is for the 2 items debited from my account on 17/05/2023! I sent a complaint e-mail the same day which went unanswered, perhaps because of the long weekend. I'm still waiting a little longer but I won't give up. I'm a bit disappointed

Defective equipment

Good product but late delivery 8 days after order.

I damaged my plate on the first firing because the plate is coated with tin, whose melting point is much lower than that of copper. The presence of tin is not indicated at all in the advert, which specifies copper clad.

The product description could be more precise and complete.

Correct packaging and very nice appliance but disappointed because at the end of the fondue when I wanted to wash the appliance there were vegetables stuck to the bottom and I had a lot of trouble cleaning it even though I've been making fondues with tefal for years and never had a problem. Shipping costs are still very expensive. Personally, I was unlucky with the item I ordered (numerous defects, damaged...). However, the sales department got back to me and took my complaint into account.

Delivery and service are ok. Unfortunately, the quality of the product is poor. - Lock only attached with one screw, second screw missing - Wood torn in several places Wood splintered in some places I'm keeping the cabinet anyway, as I was able to repair most of the defects.

Fiberglass mat broke after 2h00 of use

Hello, First of all, I ordered a 12 cm diameter frying pan which gave me complete satisfaction. Secondly, I ordered a 24 cm diameter frying pan, which is unusable on an electric hotplate, because the bottom is not perfectly flat. It would be better suited to a gas hob.

Warn by email of the difficulty to obtain the ordered material (subcontracting). + Waiting more than 5 months is very long. thank you

Slightly long delivery times

Order placed in early December, delivery in February. Information by e-mail would have been appreciated. It's all the more unfortunate as the product lives up to expectations.
