the plancha is really great, once the food is cooked I bring it to the table, which keeps it warm and allows me to serve myself in peace. the different products are interesting for people who choose to make, cook and preserve their food. I still need to motivate myself to do lots of things, and the solutions to make that happen are at TOMPRESS.

I bought a Reber dehydrator for fruit and vegetables in stainless steel. This appliance really lacks power. 2 full days of drying for tomatoes, the same time as in the sun on my terrace.

Satisfied, but what's the point of fitting a non-functional timer to an appliance? Apart from this minor inconvenience, I'm very happy with this product. For your information, I heat the milk for several minutes (90°) and let it come down to 55° before inoculating it, which makes the yoghurt firmer. Be careful, too, with the choice of yogurts purchased for inoculation: not all of them are (milk preparations, for example).
