everything was perfect, the pre-purchase contacts were impeccable and fast. The delivery was just as fast. The item corresponds to the description and is in perfect condition, now let's see how it's used, but I have no doubts.

No matter how many times I turn the box and the instructions upside down... I can't find out where my extractor was made.... Probably in Sweden.....

Response from tompress.com
Your extractor comes from one of the last French manufacturers in Alsace to use European raw materials.

I bought a N° REBER stainless steel manual épépineuse, in particular to press small fruits (blackberries, raspberries, ...) It doesn't work at all the pulp isn't evacuated and quickly blocks the auger (whether the fruits are raw or cooked) even when pressing only very small quantities at a time what can I do?
thanks

we don't ADVISE a 14 year old high school student; like an adult the result is that this student comes out with a jacket that fits him; certainly very well; but ....comme he's in growing pains he'll only wear it for 2 to 3 months .... and at the price of your articles .... we won't replace it at your place it will also avoid the companions looking like nerds.

The corer is mainly intended for tomatoes, but if you attach a cone with finer holes to the front, you can also core red fruits such as blackberries, currants, etc. If the seeds are smaller than the 1.1 mm holes, they will inevitably be pressed through the sieve.

The product is unstable and is likely to break shortly due to the twisting caused by material fatigue. The tomatoes are squeezed out and that's it. The waste is about 50 and still contains at least 30 pulp which remains unused. This "fruit press" misses the point. A faulty design."

Response from tompress.com
This tomato press is the smallest in the range, do not hesitate to press the mass a second time to really extract all the juice from the tomatoes. For straining several kilograms of tomatoes, a more efficient tomato press with a larger funnel is of course more suitable.

Hello, for the delivery service no contact with the customer, we had no information concerning the delivery. The delivery man left the goods with the neighbors. On the other hand, when I sent an e-mail to your company's customer service, your staff is not very friendly and they need to make some effort to listen to your customers. cordially M Leblond
