Don't buy this product! It's a dust duster that doesn't clean but scratches Jeanne's ladies. Big, big scam!
I ordered the goods on 03/06 and unfortunately still as of today 16/06 I have no certainty about where my goods are , (the tracking of the shipment is updated to 10/06) and when it will be delivered to me .
The parcel did not arrive within the announced time (lost during delivery), I will post a review depending on how this problem was handled and resolved by Tompress.
The product delivered does not correspond to the description, nor to the image of the product on your online site. Chemical yeast, not baker's yeast. And your price is much higher than that of your competitors.
No particular opinion to communicate on the article since having refused its delivery following an unacceptable delay. I maintain, however, that the "customer relations" department remains very limited in its welcome.
Hello after more than two months of waiting, one ham less... two bags that come from Italy and average quality. your competitors are more responsive and offer products available and do not sell at any price. it's really too bad.

I cancelled an order the day after I made it, they initially agreed however they still took money from my account and sent the order 6 days later then proceeded to tell me that I had ordered twice (I only had 1 confirmation email). They only admitted fault once I pointed that out. The pasta machine also isn't the same as what they are advertising online which they say they note online (they don't)

6 weeks to get my order (after having sent 2 mails) whereas you advocate a fast delivery, I find that null. No word of explanation or apology to tell me that it would take longer than expected. Part of my order has been sent. I did not receive 2 items I had ordered. The packets of flour arrived stale.
We paid 70 for a simple cheese grater that can't grate... So far, it's only the product that sucks, and we're very disappointed. We've sent a message to customer service and we'll see how you react. As for delivery, it was perfect...

To pay a service for my order to arrive the next morning and for it to arrive only 2 days later, no thank you. What's more, it's up to me to ask for a refund, even though I paid Tom Press. You're quick to solve problems. One last thing: I'm not satisfied with your products, which are far from top-notch.

Goods could be better described, with detailed pictures. Delivery time was far too long. Feedback on the return shipment is still pending. Messages in German would also be very helpful. Not everyone speaks French.

Poorly packaged goods, I thought there were 4 broken pots but in fact 8, disappointed!
Problem when ordering, they don't say they're not in stock, then the deliveryman doesn't know how to use a doorbell or takes the wrong street. The 3rd time, the parcel is damaged.

For the moment I can only assess the delivery, which was totally unsatisfactory as it was delivered 700 km from my home, and the customer service, which wasn't much better as Colissimo and Tompress were both blaming each other. What's more, a copy of the complaint e-mail should have been sent to me, but I haven't received anything.
Indicates on the site that the product is available and in stock. However it arrives 2 months after the order and customer service is absent.
You are a disaster! you send broken goods without checking and expect the customer to bear the cost of reshipment because it's broken?!?! it doesn't end there
