Expensive item sold without assembly instructions. Without hot and cold heating accessories (thermometer type, etc.).

One of the pans has a chip on the handle (an enamel chip is gone). The handle burns after cooking: impossible to hold the pan without putting a cloth around it. In short, I'm rather disappointed.

Apples have to be sliced before grating, which is laborious. Then the mechanism should be removable for better cleaning. The outlet funnel is too wide, so the slices are scattered.
