I'm rather disappointed with my purchase, the épépineuse was delivered without a pestle (you have to be very careful with your fingers, DANGEROUS device), nor an anti-splash protection, as soon as you turn the crank backwards the cone dislodges, and all this at price 175. This was my first TOM PRESS purchase, and certainly my last.

The door does not close properly because it is too short. When the door is closed, there is a gap of one centimeter on the side. The attached magnetic catch lies exactly in the open gap so that the door is not held in place. In addition, the mesh was not fitted properly and has a small hole.

I bought this slicer during a sales period, before purchasing this product I asked for a small discount. This discount was the cover for this slicer. This was refused, so here's why you only have three stars.
I had to phone to receive my order because more than a week after ordering I had not received any information. Reduce packaging: I received the 100 vacuum bags in a cardboard box that was far too big for the product being shipped. A large envelope would have sufficed!
