NOT RECEIVED . but payment debited from my account. I am waiting for the new shipment following this lost parcel (over 20Kg).
I'll never order from tom press again, I never received my parcel and I'm told that the carrier warned me that it was coming and that the parcel has been returned to the depot and that I have to pay the postage again. I live in the country and I'm going to give you a good advertisement.

Deplorable service, order placed in November for Christmas, order received in May. All this strongly encourages me not to recommend your services to anyone I know to avoid another disappointment. I do not understand how customers can be treated in this way. I am extremely disappointed. Sincerely
Ordered in January. Product apparently unavailable. I'm told the order will be shipped in March. At the beginning of May, still no news, no message ... I contact them with the cancellation request and they finally decide to send me my parcel. In the meantime, the 2.5L screw press (as indicated on the internet order tracking) has been changed on the invoice to 1.6L ...?

No warning of the arrival of the parcel at the relay point. If in the figures the shipment was almost fast, in fact it took me more than 10 days to get my parcel as I thought I would receive a warning of availability. I checked my spam and the like, but never received anything. What's more, customer service takes people at face value.
1 bottle out of the 6 delivered was broken and I have a credit note which I probably won't use instead of a replacement of the bottle I needed and my complaint has not been taken into account. Items still not received following Bpost strike in Belgium
I waited for my order for more than 10 days, I turned to Amazon and the next day, I received them, so you see your site is finished, except that you still owe me 10.30 euros ... Minimum use of materials, maximum profit? product is out of proportion in terms of design, use of materials and workmanship to the price demanded. The packaging and presentation is very questionable. I would NOT recommend or want to buy again the power slicer made in Poland or the Czech Republic. Especially as the product is officially offered by France, which is misleading.
