My order from 13/12, shipped on 15/12, was delivered today, December 23. I had chosen the 48-hour delivery option. Your email from 16/12 mentioned a slight delay. No news until this morning after 9 am from Chronopost, who informed me of the delivery for today. I think a commercial gesture would be the least you could do.
