A bit disappointed with this site, delivery not respected two months of waiting! Yet scheduled in 2 to 3 weeks... moreover, the bottom of the module was torn and no response from customer service which I have notified!

No order tracking or transport monitoring. Package arrived at the wrong address without Wesco notifying. Fortunately, the caretaker who mistakenly received the package informed me!! Otherwise, I would still be waiting and Wesco would tell me that I received it!! No compensation for retrieving the package. I managed on my own for a bulky package that was supposed to be delivered to my home.

You placed your order on November 25, you received your item on November 28. You sent us a first email on the 28th to request a replacement. We processed your email on the 29th and proceeded with a new shipment while responding to you. You also sent us three messages on our Facebook page on the 29th lamenting our lack of responsiveness and attention and threatening to tarnish our reputation. We responded to your messages sincerely and within minutes. I regret to say that your comment seems unfair to me.
