Very good product and good value for money. It gives off a little heat, but the design with the flame is what makes it nice.

Great ethanol fireplace, it doesn’t smell and looks like any “traditional” fireplace

Hello, excellent customer service! They were available and clear in their explanations. The delivery service was excellent, and I can tell you that’s rare these days. Delivery by Geodis. The driver was available after a delivery error. I recommend them. I’ll test the Genova fireplace and share an update in a few days. All the best. Nicolas

After receiving my Tokyo model stove, I’m really happy with it! It creates a lovely atmosphere and brings warmth on these cold evenings! The materials are very good quality. Customer service is available by phone and very friendly. I gave it only 4 stars because I expected it to give off a little more heat around the glass, rather than only at the top where the hot air escapes, and also because delivery was postponed by a day at the last minute. But otherwise, it’s really great. Thank you!! I recommend it!
