The stove matches the photo and looks great. Fast delivery. You just need to attach the glass, which arrives separately. It heats well and has a beautiful flame. It's not my main heating source, but I enjoy watching the flame. I'm happy with my purchase, as I've never seen an enclosed stove at this price.

The package arrived very well packed, perfect. As for the stove, filling it is not practical at all. Maybe I haven't got the hang of doing it more easily yet, but anyway! Adjusting the flame isn't very practical either, since you have to reach through the flame to slide the tank's closing plate...! It does give off an odor, and it's not necessarily very pleasant. I had read in some reviews that there was no odor, but that's not the case. That said, I'm very happy with the heat: after barely an hour of heating, the temperature went up by 1 degree. That's intentional, since it isn't very cold yet, and it suits me perfectly because I don't open the burner all the way. I still recommend it, because if there's a power outage, I'll still be able to heat my home, and it's very pleasant to have a flame that creates a cozy atmosphere.

The gentleman who answered my call was extraordinarily kind. I spoke with him on April 16, 2025, before placing my order. The WIKAO “BRESCIA” fireplace arrived the next day, April 17, 2025.
