So happy! The fireplace is beautiful, and I wasn't disappointed compared with the photo. I love it; it gives us beautiful flames and heats the room by up to 3 degrees. Great delivery service too: ordered on Sunday evening and received it Tuesday morning. I highly recommend this site.

The order was delivered very quickly. Satisfactory packaging. Product matches the photo... not tested yet, as the work is still underway. It's a shame the decorative pebbles were no longer available; we have to find them elsewhere, which will incur additional delivery costs. All in all: a trustworthy online shopping site.

I was very satisfied with both the product and the service. The person on the phone was very friendly. The only downside was the carrier. The order took longer than expected to arrive.

Very fast dispatch, and a good point for TNT (the final carrier) too. The only downside is the manufacturer, who doesn't know how to position oblong holes to make assembly easier.

Apart from the fact that the item was marked as available on the website but was out of stock... they called to let me know within an hour of placing the order. They offered a demonstration model at a discount. Very fast shipping and delivery.

The product met my expectations and I was pleased with the fast delivery. However, I was supposed to receive an email about the delivery, which I never got, and the parcel was delivered without warning. Fortunately, I was home.

The online product description is clear and concise, payment options are convenient, and delivery is fast. But an instruction manual would be welcome for those of us who aren't handy!!!

Very fast delivery. The product was as described and in good condition. A few missing items were sent very quickly (instructions, protective cover). I had to straighten one mounting rail myself (it was bent incorrectly). Customer service was very responsive and efficient.

I gave it 3 stars because installation is a little complicated. It can only be installed one way. I think the front grille could have been included, since the holes are already there.

They should have included assembly instructions for the fireplace. People who buy these aren't always expert DIYers.
