Your site is very good, but please don't stick those over-labels on the paint cans, they hide the references and I can't find my way around. To find my way around, I now only order one reference at a time! It's a shame.

The product conforms, but the shipping would be much better with Mondial Relay, for example, which doesn't change the drop-off locations at the last minute, forcing you to travel many kilometers, and the very inadequate packaging means that the box arrives crushed. Can be improved.

I made a mistake in my order and the next day it was totally impossible to contact them to change it, both by email and by the Customer Service phone. I was calling within their schedule every 10-15 minutes and they never picked up the phone. I sent three emails and they answered me after 4 days, when the complete order had already left their warehouse. Now I have to make the return from Spain and pay the shipping costs. Very disappointed with the customer service.

We received the product on 23/12/2024 and immediately handed it over to the carrier on the same day. However, despite all the care taken in shipping our parcels, we regret to inform you that the parcel remained blocked for 4 days (December 23, 24, 25 and 26) on the Colissimo platform in Isère. As a result, delivery could only be made on 27/12/2024. We understand your surprise, but this is a particularly busy period for carriers. We apologize for this delay, which is beyond our control. The items were well packed and in good condition upon arrival although neither kit was shrink wrapped. The order took almost a month to arrive. I did not realize the kits were coming directly from Europe. The price was not low enough to justify the long lead time. Tracking information from France was vague at best.
