My package was returned from Germany to France 8 weeks ago on 09.07 due to an alleged address error. After multiple inquiries, a search request was submitted on 23.07. Only on 11.08 did the tracking show the package back in France. Since 14.08, nothing again. Today is 04.09. - the package has been missing for 2 months. A request for a refund of the purchase price was ignored - after 2 months, this is not only unprofessional but illegal. Instead, I was assured that a search would be commissioned - again. I have received no information regarding the first request even upon inquiry. Communication with support is completely one-sided and unsatisfactory. I strongly advise against ordering here.

Absolutely scandalous!!! Ordered a puzzle in October '25 as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. Delivered at the end of August '26, after many emails that received the same standard response each time. I will NEVER order here again.

Very large selection of products, that's what made me choose this site. The only point to improve is the description of the items (it's annoying for a drill bit set not to know what size they are...). This will also likely allow for a more efficient search for products. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, everything arrived in good condition, within fairly short deadlines.
