There was some confusion regarding my order of over 10 figures, and the order ended up being separated into several, but the staff were polite and patient throughout our correspondence. The issues were solved and the figures have all now arrived well packaged, and look great on display. I’ll definitely be using 1001 for my figures going forward.

I am very unhappy, this is the second time I have ordered from this site and both times there have been delays in delivery. Product ordered on June 16th received on July 8th. There will be no third order. For a site that recommends buying French, you should be able to deliver within 3 days maximum.

Item delivered within 48 hours. Price, selection, availability are top notch. I highly recommend this site. To be perfect, it would be wise to indicate on the model sheet the references of the paints to be used.

Turnaround time was very good, even with most of the order being in the1-2 week shipping window. Packing was good, contents arrived safely, exterior box took a couple of hits.

It's a pity that this time, as the packaging was flexible, the poorly protected contents were crushed. I still recommend it.

Error in your stock, I would have liked to have been contacted rather than having to do it myself, worrying that I would receive nothing. No follow-up, it's a shame.

Hello and thank you for your message. We are very sorry about this situation. Indeed, when a supplier updates the availability of a product, and a fortiori when a product is unavailable, we do not receive any notification. We're currently thinking about a way of obtaining these updates to be more proactive towards our customers. Have a nice day!

I am satisfied with the service and the purchase. Only one detail is missing for the fifth star. I would like a shipping channel that allows tracking of shipping and delivery. Still, it remains a positive experience.

For a £15.00 snap together kit the final bill inclusive of postage and tax was over £25.00.
Not my idea of good value. howeve delivery was very quick.

Delivery times have always been respected since I've been a customer, the packaging is solid and well cared for, and in the event of problems or questions the replies by e-mail are very responsive, which is really a plus, not to mention the wide choice of models and various materials. If the products are in stock it's often very fast, my last order was placed on Wednesday and received on Friday.
