I ordered 5 models. One model was built and I wrote to tell them that I wanted to return or exchange it. They responded by giving me a mailing address and told me that they will tell me how to make the return. I do not know if they will refund me the money, they will send me a voucher. I will not buy again. I do not recommend it because they do not give facilities for the return.

As this was my first order, I was a little unsure at first because of the slightly longer processing/delivery times, but when I received confirmation that it had been dispatched, it went very quickly.
